Berry Beet-licious Smoothie

Not only is this smoothie beautiful to look at, it's also jam-packed with nutrients and is super delicious too! Smoothies are a quick and instant way to flood your body with the many vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phytonutrients, protein, fiber and healthy fats that it needs to function well and stay healthy. Plant-based foods like fruit, veggies and seeds are loaded with these nutrients and this smoothie has all of them!

Berry Beet-licious Smoothie

Serves 1

1 cup spinach, packed

1/4 cup chopped beets

1/2 - 1 banana

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup canned coconut milk

1/2 cup oat milk (or any milk)

1 tbsp hemp seeds

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Add ice or water to adjust the consistency to your preference.
