Strawberry-Cucumber Summer Salad

It's strawberry season! This simple salad is the next salad you need to make. It's loaded with sweet strawberries, refreshing cucumbers and juicy cherry tomatoes. Strawberry Cucumber Summer Salad

Serves 2


1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries

1 1/2 cups chopped cucumber

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp olive oil

pinch of salt and pepper


Combine everything in a bowl and toss to combine. Enjoy!
